About Palm House Residential Treatment and Recovery Services

This residential treatment center provides quality care and supportive services to men affected with drugs and alcohol use disorder. The men must be 18 years of age or older and have at least 24 hours of sobriety. There are 3 phases of recovery at Palm House and every 30 days, the treatment plan will be reassessed. The resident will do inner work to understand their addiction by getting involved in 12-step meetings during the first phase. The 2nd phase involves taking on a leadership role within the house and entrusting his life to a higher power. They also take a pre-job intensive assessment to adequately prepare for the job market. The 3rd phase becomes more intense and encompasses 3-4 months of time. During this time, the men go through a job training program and focus on an exit plan. While in treatment, the men receive individual and group therapy, get referred to community agencies, take educational trips, tours and picnics and enjoy indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
