The Arroyos is a doctor owned mental health facility that specializes in psychological disorders, addiction, and high-risk patient management. The Arroyos treats individuals who have been diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or a psychotic spectrum disorder. Treatment is done in an outpatient setting in Pasadena, California. During this time, clients will undergo an initial assessment where a personalized treatment plan is made. Treatment includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), couples therapy, family and group therapy, and medication management.
